Housing Programs

Midland County Housing Authority provides safe, clean, and quality Affordable Housing for families, elderly, and disabled individuals with housing throughout Midland and Andrews County.

MCHA administers and manages this housing through the Housing Choice Voucher Program (HCV) previously known as Section 8.

MCHA also participates in the Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) and Foster Youth to Independence (FYI) Program.
