About Midland County Housing Authority
Midland County Housing Authority strives to enrich the lives of our residents and to provide superior service to those we touch within our community.
We are a HUD designated High Performer HCV Agency serving Midland County and Andrews County.
Our Mission
Midland County Housing Authority is a Public Housing Authority specially organized to encourage self-sufficiency and to provide safe, decent affordable housing to persons of very low, low, and moderate income.
