A Message from the Executive Director

Welcome to Midland County Housing Authority. I have been with MCHA for 20 years and started my tenure as Executive Director in 2012. I want to express my gratitude and appreciation for your support of our programs and the opportunity to serve our community. I couldn't be more thankful.

We look forward to having an excellent year, now that we are prepared and have opened our doors to better serve you; we are excited to return to normal and visit with you face to face and one on one. Covid19 set us back some, but we continued working hard to stay ahead. I just want to express how much our staff appreciates your patience and understanding in such a difficult time and how honored we are to work with this community. We remain committed to serving you and thank you for helping us fulfill our mission. 

I am extremely grateful to the staff, board, tenants, community leaders and everyone who is committed to making Midland County Housing Authority a great program. I'm excited to see how we can continue to administer Housing Choice Vouchers and assisting very low-income families, the elderly, disabled, homeless veterans' and  youths aging out of foster care to afford decent, safe and sanitary housing in the private market.
